How to Add a Footer to a Blog
There is always a number of ways to do something especially where computers are involved. The footer below was created in an external HTML editor and then I switched to the TEXT Message Editor and then copy and pasted the HTML code into the blog body. When I switched back to HTML Message Editor, the Horiz Bar and Image including the link remained in tact.
Unfortunately, you can't go back to the TEXT Message Editor again or all the formatting will be stripped out. That's why I used an external HTML editor to create the footer code. Having said that, this same footer can be created right here in the HTML Message Editor. You simply copy and paste the various elements, such as the Horiz Bar and any image right out off a page on the Internet or any application where these elements are displayed.
To had a hot link to an image, type any letter on either side of the image, use your mouse to highlight the 2 letters AND the image in between, then click the "Create a Hyperlink" button ( ) and type your link URL address. Press OK and then delete the letters on either side of the image. When the new blog message is saved the image should be linked to the desired address.

How to add a link to a blog
How to add a link to a blog
Simply click on the button in the Edit Toolbar (second from the right) called "Create a Hyperlink" and type the URL you want to link to, or copy and paste the URL link from the address bar of your browser.
You can also type mailto:your@mailaddress.com right in the the Blog Edit window to allow someone to simply click your live linnk to e-mail you a message. This will open up their default e-mail program. Try clicking the above link to see. The address in this message is of course a bogus address for illustration only.
Hope this helps,
